On July 23, 2013, Governor Pat McCrory signed comprehensive tax reform into law. It will lower the personal and
corporate income tax rates starting in 2014. It eliminates the estate tax. It also includes changes to the Sales
and Use tax as well as caps the gas tax. For more information:
